Our Pick-up & Delivery Service

Sometimes life and work can be so demanding that it is hard to find the time to bring in your device or to pick it up. That is why we offer a free pick-up & delivery service in the whole Algarve. So if you live in Lagos or even near the Spanish border, give us a call and we make sure we pick-up your device and even bring it back after we repaired it! In the calendar you can schedule the day you would like you device to be picked up.

For customers outside of the Algarve we have several ways to help you with sending in your repairs. Please contact us for the details.

Because we understand that you need your device back working fast. We offer a Repair Service that can be done within 1 hour after planning an appointment. Please contact us for the possibilities!

Warranty

Most of our repairs come with 2 years of warranty except battery replacements that have 6 months of warranty (excluded are fluid damaged devices)

Some devices are eligible for a warranty repair even after the standard warranty has passed, check out our warranty page to find out if your device is eligible for any warranty repair.
